Because I missed you!

Here's a quick hello and update to you all before I have to start with my life this morning. (This is being written on my bed in my Christmas pajama's, of course!) So get ready for lots of random wintery Christmassy pictures, and ramblings.

Right now I am:

Wishing for:

Snow. Yes, this is Canada, and there is not a flake of snow in sight and I am depressed, because I don't want a green Christmas. :( I want snow so badly. And I'm wishing for the nasty ear ache I got to go away before tomorrow.

Reading:

The Return of Sherlock Holmes, and Taliesin, from The Pendragon Cycle. (I finally started it Meredith!!)

Getting Excited about:

Christmas, duh! Because I can't wait, and I love Christmas so much, and I love the gifts, and all that jazz. And IT'S FINALLY HERE!!

Listening to:

Adele. Mostly. My aunt listens to her a lot, and she got me really hooked while I was in the states.

And I'm missing all of the family I left behind in the states... :(  I wish you all were here!

Now. About Star Wars 7. Ahem. Yes.

IT WAS SOOOOO GOOD!!! It was so amazing, and I'm so glad I cosplayed for it. Everybody was so excited for it, and they all clapped when the Millenium Falcon showed up, and when R2D2 appeared to. Everybody was clapping when it was done, and ya. It was epic. So much of my family was there to, we filled up a whole row, and a bit into the second one. It was such a cool experience. And I will never ever forget it.

"Chewy, we're home." GAAHHH!!!
If you have already seen the movie please comment, so I can fangirl with you, and mourn, because something very tragic happens. But no spoilers. Anyway, I loved it, and I wish I could see it over again.

Terribly sorry, but I don't have pictures of me in costume yet... I need to force one of my family members to take pictures. That will come soon, maybe over Christmas break. I was also tagged by Alicia for the Christmas tag, which I will hopefully fit in soon, but I love to procrastinate, and right now I have to practice my violin, because I'm in the Christmas Eve performance tonight, and haven't really practiced. Anywho, farewell for now!

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!

  1. Well I haven't seen it, but my older sister and mom went and saw it last Friday and I do know what the tragic thing is. I won't watch anything Star Wars wise those until I have seen at least A New Hope, The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi.

    1. Thanks!

Yes! It's going a bit slow to start, but it looks really really good so, ya.

WASN'T IT THOUGH?? TRAGIC DOESN'T EVEN SUM IT UP REALLY... I WAS SO SAD!

My favorite characters were Han Solo, BB8, and Rey.

    2. I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND WHY THEY DID IT, BUT WHY??? ;) JUST, I CAN'T EVEN.

Yep! I loved all of those characters. Finn was probably my favorite, though.

    3. I know. It will take me a while to get over it. :(

Finn was pretty awesome. He was funny to!

  3. Merry Christmas!!!!

YES I SAW IT AND IT WAS EPIC AND I LOVED IT SOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH. It was just such a great movie, even apart from all the Star Wars stuff--and then it continued the Star Wars story in SUCH an amazing way that I was basically speechless. (Okay, not really, because I actually had QUITE A LOT to say about it. But you get the idea.)

And yes--THAT WAS SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO SAD. It still is sad. I actually had a bit of trouble even "taking it in," emotionally--because, um, HOW DO YOU DEAL WITH SOMETHING LIKE THAT??? It's just too intense. But I'm not mad at the moviemakers or anything--I think it was a really good choice on their part. And boy, oh boy, did it make for an epic scene. But . . . yeah.

OH AND I LOVE REY AND FINN SO MUCH AND THEY ARE JUST TOO CUTE TOGETHER AND I WILL SHIP THEM FOREVER. Honestly. I just loved them.

And R2-D2!!! He's my Original Favorite Star Wars Character Of Ever, so I was just sooooooooooo glad to see him again. I love him.

    And . . . BB-8. Nothing more needs to be said. ;-)

    1. Oh I know, my thoughts exactly... It was so epic. I loved it. <3

Yes it was terribly sad... I was so shocked and depressed for the rest of the movie... :( I get that they needed to do it, I just wished they could have kept him in a little bit longer.... So that he could be reunited with Luke or something. Oh well.

Yes!! The entire time I was thinking of how much I ship those two!! They are adorable!!

Yes, R2 is my second favorite. He's so cute. But BB8 though. He is so sweet and adorable!! I want one!

      Merry Christmas Jessica!

    2. Yeah . . . I know. I do wish he could've stayed in longer, too. But you know what somebody told me? The next movie doesn't come out till May 2017, and the actor himself could be gone from us by that time. (Look up his age, if you don't know it already. You'll be SHOCKED.)

Rey and Finn are my favorite Star Wars couple EVER. Actually, I'm not sure they're not one of my favorite fictional couples, period. I wuvs them. :-)

    3. I suppose that is a good reason!! He is getting pretty old...

They are adorbs! I still love Han and Leia best, because I'm old fashioned... But Finn and Rey are totally second.

  4. Merry Christmas, Abigail!!! Oh, Christmas pajamas - it doesn't get much better than that :)

AHHHHHHHH!!!!! You saw it!!! YES, it was sad. No, it was TRAGIC. Ach, I've no words. But I loved the movie. I JUST LOVED IT!!! Rey and Finn were amazing characters - and they are so cute together!! But my favorite character was Poe Dameron. I just wuvs him soooooooooooooooooooo much :D

It. Was. Epic. You know, that gif is perfect. That's me coming out of the movie theatre :P

Oh, I wish it would snow too. But you've got a lot better chance than me . . . living in Canada I mean. We live in the southern U.S. and they're forecasting a high of 70 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT and RAIN. Argh.

You've got an earache? I'm sorry . . . I've never had one but my siblings have and they tell me it's pretty annoyingly painful. I hope you get better! I've got an awful cold right now and I've got my fingers crossed, hoping it'll be gone by tomorrow :)

    1. Thank you! Merry Christmas back! :) Yes. Christmas pajama's are the best.

YES I SAW IT!!!!!! Oh, so tragic. But it was such a good movie anyway! Yes! Rey and Finn! Yes, Poe is pretty great to!

Yes, I though it described my feelings pretty well. :)

Oh, wow. That really doesn't make it feel much like Christmas! It's funny how Canada isn't always the stereotypical freezing cold. :) It gets pretty hot here to.

Thanks! Yes, they are pretty nasty. It's slowly getting better though. Oh, I'm so sorry! I really hope you feel better!

      Merry Christmas!

  5. I saw it last Friday, and me and my brother just got home from seeing it again. It was really good! That part was so sad...devastating, actually, but I do understand...I guess.

My favorite new characters were Finn, he was so funny! And I love BB-8, even though R2 is my main droid, BB-8 comes into a close second. He's so cute!

I'm sorry about your earache! I hope you feel better soon! Merry Christmas!!

  6. YOU SAW IT?!! ISN'T IT THE MOST EPIC THING EVER?? (Sorry about the excessive caps, but I've been waiting for someone to fangirl with)
I watched it with my brother, Star Wars is kind of our thing. It was my first time seeing one on the big screen and it was AMAZING!! Half the experience was being with so many avid fans that started cheering when the opening credits showed, and everytime something from the original trilogy was seen.
And the movie itself...I lack words! I loved all the new characters! And the plot was amazing. But yeah, that one thing was really tragic, I couldn't believe they would actually let it happen, but it maybe important later on.
(Sorry for the long ranting comment, but when I get started on SW I simply cannot stop)

    1. YES!!!! It was AWESOME!!!

That's so cool, everyone in our family loves Star Wars, which is so cool. Yes! Everybody cheered when the Millenium Falcon showed up, and R2-D2.

They were all so amazing. And Rey and Finn?? I ship them so hard!! But that one thing was horribly tragic... :( Yes, perhaps it will.

Not at all!! I love long comments!

  7. I LOVE THE NEW MOVIE! I was sort of a passive fan before it. Now I love Star Wars. My family had a whole long conversation on whether or not the villain could repent, etc. during the car ride home. The tragic event made me cry.

    1. Yes! It was amazing!

Our family was debating Rey's lineage for at least and hour after words... We still haven't figured it out.

Yes. I almost cried, but I just sat there in a stunned stupor. I was rather depressed for the rest of the movie.
